Training includes an early morning classroom lecture followed by all day individual role-playing with professional actors, one-on-one video review and coaching sessions with BBN instructors. Up to eight participants are trained per day and each participant receives BBN certification in compassionate communication.
Classroom-based workshop includes the review of pre-recorded BBN improvisational role-playing sessions with an audience, in addition to three or more one-hour lectures.
